Scotch & Ponder was born from a simple but powerful idea: create a place where whisky lovers and curious newcomers could come together to slow down, savour, and connect. Founded in Ingersoll, Ontario, the concept was inspired by the timeless ritual of enjoying a fine dram—not rushed, not loud, but with intention and great conversation.

After a major renovation of a historic downtown space in 2023–2024, Scotch & Ponder opened as a warm, refined whisky bar that celebrates craftsmanship in every pour. The team curated a selection of premium whiskies, craft beer, and unique tasting flights, complemented by intimate ticketed events that invite guests to explore new flavours and share stories.

At its core, Scotch & Ponder is more than just a bar—it’s a space for community, discovery, and appreciation of the finer things, thoughtfully done.
